A lot of what we believe on Code Red–which works over and over again for my clients and is backed by the latest research–flies in the face of what most people “have heard” about health.
“Dietary fat will kill you!”
Nope.
“You HAVE to exercise to lose weight!”
Nope.
“You HAVE to eat ‘healthy whole grains’ or you’ll die!”
Nope.
When people first join the Code Red Lifestyle™, it’s common for friends, family, and co-workers to whip out unsolicited “health” advice.
There’s SOOOOO much information out there about what is and isn’t healthy. It’ll make your head explode.
A lot of people parrot what they’ve read online, or heard from someone else, about what’s “healthy,” and don’t really understand what they’re talking about.
And anything that contradicts what they believe–which Code Red probably will–can inspire a waterfall of opinions.
When you join Code Red, don’t be surprised if this happens to you.
People will question drinking a gallon of water a day (including people who drink double that amount in coffee, soda, or energy drinks).
People will question not snacking, not eating at society’s meal times, and not eating the number of meals per day society says we “need” in order to be healthy.
Tune ’em out, and stick with Code Red rules.
You’ve seen the results we get. You’ve read the stories from people who not only lose weight, but also experience astonishing health improvements.
Keep that in mind when you’re bombarded by the “concerns” of people who parrot health information they once read online someplace at some point.
