You’ve Been Fed A Lie

If I were to ask you, “Hey, do you think it’s a good idea for an alcoholic to drink in moderation?” what would your answer be?

Or how about if I asked, “Do think it’d be okay if for heroin addicts to shoot up once in a while?” Would you think I was crazy?

Probably, right? The answer’s pretty obvious.

Sugar is eight times more addictive than heroin, yet we tell sugar addicts it’s okay to eat sugar “in moderation.”

If you or someone you know has ever been addicted to anything, whether it’s cigarettes, drugs, alcohol, food, or behaviors, you know there’s no such thing as moderation.

I’m so tired of the “everything in moderation” lie being used keep you addicted and binging on junk food that I filmed a video about it to set the record straight.

Check it out below. I think you’re gonna be shocked!
