Whatever you do, don’t quit

I like to give it to you straight, so here’s another hard truth from Cristy:

Any “diet” works to get weight off you…IF you stay consistent. 

If you’re surprised to hear me say that, I can understand why. 

I should be telling you only Code Red works for weight loss. But that’s not the truth. 

“Well then, Cristy, why do I even need Code Red?” 

That’s an excellent question, especially if you’re someone who still prefers to gag down shakes and special “diet” foods (and keep spending hundreds of dollars a month on them) in order to keep losing weight…

…if you’re someone who’d rather take shake powders and processed diet foods with you wherever you go (including vacations) if you want to keep losing weight… 

…and if you want to drink shakes and eat processed “diet foods” for the rest of your life to keep the weight you lost off (plus keep forking over your hard-earned money to pay for them). 

But if you’re reading this right now, I’m guessing you’ve already tried all that, and didn’t work for you…or maybe you’re still doing it, but you’re tired of it and are ready for something sustainable, that actually works for real life.
