What Do I Eat? – September 15, 2018

On the Code Red Lifestyle, we’re all about listening to our bodies when it comes to meal times.

That means we don’t eat just because it’s breakfast time, or lunchtime, or dinner time. Why?

You don’t “need” to eat if you’re not hungry!

This is a real paradigm shift for people new to the Code Red Lifestyle, who’re used to being told you eat at “meal times,” or you “should” snack between meals.

No. You eat when (and only IF) you’re hungry, stop when you’re full, and call it good.

Doing this saves time and money, especially when you eat the way we do on the Code Red Lifestyle. The real, high-fat food is so filling and delicious, you don’t need as much to feel full. And if you aren’t eating when you’re not hungry, I bet you’ll find you eat less often!
