If you’re someone who needs variety in your meals, it’s pretty easy to swap things around and get it.

My brother-in-law sent me some wild Alaskan salmon, and I used that instead of beef or chicken in my latest hodgepodge salad.

This one little change created a whole new spectrum of flavor.

Swapping around the veggies I use, which fat I use (such as going with mayo instead of full-fat Ranch) – it’s a SUPER fast, easy way to play with flavors.

Spices are another way you can quickly and easily add a little variety.
