Don’t complicate your food!

I know you’re used to thinking you need to follow complicated recipes that require weird ingredients you can’t find in your local supermarket; and that want you to stand in your head, do backflips, and dance the Macarena while you prepare them.

I also get that you may be someone who has a tough time eating simple meals, because you’re a “foodie,” or your family wants the complicated recipe-based meals.

Even the recipes in my cookbook are simple compared with what you see in most cookbooks.

Code Red is all about finding what works for you, but the people I see get the best results with Code Red do not complicate their food.

It doesn’t mean your food has to be a hodgepodge like this week’s “What Do I Eat?” salad. It just means simple is what works. (Don’t make the mistake of thinking simple foods can’t be delicious!)

And hey, if you wanna do a hodgepodge, so long as you use Code Red-approved foods, go for it!
