What Do I Eat? – October 27, 2018

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter weight loss programs. Yeah, we’re all human, and maybe we’re more alike in most ways than we are different.

But the fact remains, there are differences, and when it comes to nutrition, disregarding them can sabotage weight loss.

For example, some people can eat cauliflower and lose weight, but some people gain weight when they eat cauliflower.

Same thing with nuts. I have Rebels who do fine eating nuts, and Rebels who need to cut them out in weight loss mode.

The only way to know for sure is to find what works for you, and you do that by experimenting and taking note of what happens.
