Willpower is a tricky thing, isn’t it? Sometimes you have enough…but very often you don’t.
I bet your life, like mine, has a lot of stress and a lot of things to keep track of.
The last thing you want to do when you get home after a long day at work and wrangling your kids is fight off cravings for sugar and junk food.
Now, I’m all for taking responsibility for your choices, especially the ones that don’t serve you.
