What Do I Eat – November 3, 2018

It really doesn’t take much for real food to taste delicious, especially when you lay off the processed junk so your taste buds can recover.

Processed, sugar-soaked junk food desensitizes them. When you stop eating it, so they can bounce back, food that used to taste bland, or just so-so, now tastes amazing.

And something as simple as adding salt and pepper can really bring out the flavor!

So can sides like like salsa, guacamole, cream cheese, mustard, and dill pickle relish, to name a few.

The “simple side” route is where I go in this week’s What Do I Eat.

Now, even I have to admit it’s a bit weird…but it works for me and my goals.
