For best results on the Code Red Lifestyle™, here are my top two tips.

1) Keep it simple.

2) Find what works for you.

I cannot stress enough how important these two strategies are for best results in weight loss mode.

Regarding keep it simple: Single, whole-food ingredients, like bacon, eggs, and avocado, or steak, broccoli, and butter.

Regarding finding what works for you: I’m asked all the time for portion sizes, calorie amounts, and so on. People private message me demanding to be spoonfed exactly what to eat and when to eat it, as if they’re helpless toddlers in high chairs.

If you want customized help, a custom program will take out the guesswork, but even then, there’s an element of finding what works for you. But because you’re in one of my coaching groups, you’ll have a Code Red Certified Coach and your fellow Rebels to help you further hone in.

My job is not to spoonfeed you, because all that will do is keep you circling the weight loss mountain for the rest of your life.

My job is to teach you how to be a food warrior in complete control of your weight, so you are never again at the mercy of the diet industry.

But in order to do that, you’ve gotta do your part. I cannot and will not do it all for you, any more than my boxing coaches could throw my punches for me.
