What Do I Eat? May 2, 2020

“It ain’t fancy.” That’s how you can describe pretty much any meal I prepare for myself, because it’s what works for me.

A lot of people are in the same boat as me – meaning, they don’t wanna spend 100 years cooking…

But everywhere they turn, they’re confronted with complicated recipes that overwhelm them into believing eating delicious food that leads to weight loss has to be expensive and take forever.

If that’s you, then allow me to liberate you.

Fat + veggie + protein. It can be as simple as that.

It doesn’t have to be as simple as my meal in this week’s What Do I Eat? (especially since I didn’t mention the fat I used), but it can be.

Adding a fat to this meal is as simple as putting butter or Code Red Olive Oil on your broccoli (and, if you want, on your chicken).
