A lot of people new to Code Red start out baffled that I don’t include detailed meal plans with detailed nutrition and macronutrient information and pages of shopping lists.
But on the flip side are people who love that things are so simple. They don’t want to have every single meal be an “event.”
There’s no “right or wrong” way. It’s about finding what works for you.
Just know that if you’re not someone who wants to spend hours a day in the kitchen, you don’t have to! It’s totally fine if your meals are simple.
