The connection between nutrition and health is pretty misunderstood in today’s society.
Yet there are also plenty of people who are willfully ignorant. They know they can be eating better. Maybe they’ve even succeeded at weight loss with healthier food choices.
But then they go back to eating stuff they know is total crap. It takes its toll. Diseases start haunting them. So does pain, brain fog, fatigue.
And often–not always, but often–there’s also weight gain.
It makes me think of the way scavengers eat vs. the way predators eat.
