I know what works for me when it comes to food.

Have you figured out what works for YOU?

Despite what the diet industry wants you to believe, there’s no cookie cutter method to weight loss.

That’s exactly why my Custom Programs are custom.

I give everyone the same tools…but I assign custom calorie amounts, water drinking amounts, etc.

Everyone gets the same foods to eat/foods to avoid…but some people gain weight from one of the Code Red-approved foods…or won’t gain weight in maintenance when they eat something from the foods to avoid list.

There’s no magic pill to figuring out what works for you. It takes meticulous trial and error. But boy is it empowering when you figure it out!
