Do you sit for long periods of time?

Our bodies weren’t meant to sit for long periods of time, especially hunched over looking at a computer screen or fiddling with a phone.

Our chest muscles tighten up, which pulls us into hunch that leads to back pain and shoulder problems.

Sitting isn’t the only way this can happen. My boxer posture and cycling posture both did a number on me.

But I figured out a way to reverse it…and keep it from coming back.
