Four-ingredient meals are something I eat all the time.

They save me money.

They’re simple, fast, and easy to prepare.

They help me lose weight if I need to, and maintain my weight if I want to stay where I’m at.

Food does not need to be complicated to be delicious, nutritious, satisfying, and help you lose weight.

In fact, people who insist on complicated recipes often lose weight at a slower pace than those of us who keep it simple.
