Look, insisting on a gourmet meal when you’re already short on time isn’t gonna do anything for your stress levels.
Sometimes you just need to pull a few foods out of the fridge, throw ’em together, and enjoy.
That’s what I did on this week’s “What Do I Eat?” I was hungry, it was time for my second meal, and I decided to make good use of some leftovers.
Depending on what you’ve got in the fridge, the results of doing this can be surprisingly delicious!
