What Do I Eat? March 16, 2019

I am determined to prove to you that food doesn’t need to be fancy or complicated to be delicious and effective!

A great way to start is to eat the Code Red-approved foods you actually like. If there’s one you have to “gag down,” you don’t have to eat it, because there’s many others to choose from.

Another thing you can do is add simple sides and toppings, like salsa, guacamole, salted butter, and so on.

Finally, experiment with spices! Even salt and pepper can dramatically improve the flavor.
