I really, really love cruciferous vegetables, like brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli.
They’re loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and anti-oxidants…PLUS they’re very low-calorie!
I eat them a lot, because I’m a repeat eater, meaning I have no problem eating the same thing every day.
