What Do I Eat? – July 21, 2018

I really, really love cruciferous vegetables, like brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli.

They’re loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and anti-oxidants…PLUS they’re very low-calorie!

I eat them a lot, because I’m a repeat eater, meaning I have no problem eating the same thing every day.

Even so, sometimes I mix it up a little. Watch this week’s “What Do I Eat” to hear what I put on my cauliflower crust pizza!
