Batch cooking is an incredibly simple way to save time and energy when it comes to preparing your meals.

The idea every meal has to be wildly different and gourmet might be “exciting,” but it also takes for freaking EVER. There’s nothing wrong with eating the same thing more than once!

If you’re someone with a crazy-busy life, full of stuff like travel, work, social occasions, family, and whatever else you’ve got going on, batch cooking can be a complete and total lifesaver.

If you don’t have time to do it yourself, hire someone to buy the ingredients and do it for you.

In this week’s “What Do I Eat?”, you’ll see an example of how simple and hands-off batch cooking can be. (Clearly I needed to do a better job setting my timer, but the concept is spot-on. Besides, I ain’t Paula Deen!)
