What Do I Eat – December 15, 2018

Ever wonder what I mean when I say we listen to our bodies on the Code Red Lifestyle?

It means, if we’re not hungry, we don’t eat, even if society says it’s meal time or a special occasion.

And when we do get hungry, it means that we don’t prepare a huge meal and eat ourselves into a coma. We stop eating when our body tells us it’s full.

Eating when you’re not even hungry, and continuing to eat when you’re full, both contribute to weight gain.

When you include plenty of healthy dietary fat with each meal, believe me, you’ll get full, and so long as you listen to your body and stop when it tells you it’s full, you’ll naturally eat less.
