What Do I Eat? – August 18, 2018

When I filmed this week’s What Do I Eat, I was only a little hungry.

But I was also going to be out and about for several hours, and didn’t want to have to stop somewhere for food (even though you can find Code Red-approved foods anywhere). It’s just not my favorite thing.

So I made a big salad with lots of fiber, plus a few other ingredients.

It kept me satiated during my errands, but I wasn’t stuffed. In other words, it was the perfect meal for me!
