What Do I Eat? August 15, 2020

You’ll get a chuckle out of the little bowl I use to eat one of my meals in this week’s “What Do I Eat?”

Hey, using a smaller plate or bowl is a proven way to manage your food volume, because despite what you may hear some people tell you, volume absolutely matters.

The QUALITY of your food matters just as much (and in some ways, more). The quality/quantity balance is different for everyone, but for best results (short- and long-term), you’ve gotta find what works for you.
