I bet my neighbor was pretty startled to see me outside grilling meat at 8 o’clock in the morning.
But that’s what’s so great about being a Code Red Rebel.
We don’t restrict ourselves to “breakfast foods” for our first meal of the day, or “lunch or dinner” foods for our second meal.
It takes a little getting used to when you’re new to the Code Red Lifestyle™.
In fact, one of the typical questions I see in my 10 Pound Takedown Challenges is, “What can I eat for breakfast that’s Code Red-approved?”
The answer?
Any of it! If you want steak, broccoli, and mayo for your first meal, go for it. If you want eggs and Code Red crepes for your second, make it happen cap’n.
Eat whatever Code Red foods you want for your meals, and chuck labels like “breakfast foods” out the window.
