Do you still eat “breakfast foods” in the morning, and “lunch and dinner” foods for those meals?
On the Code Red Lifestyle, we have a different view of food when it comes to which foods you eat for which meals.
There’s nothing wrong with breakfast foods for breakfast, but we believe you don’t have to stick with breakfast foods for your first meal of the day. Same with your other meals.
We also listen to our bodies and only eat if we’re hungry, vs. stuffing ourselves first thing in the morning if we don’t yet even have an appetite…because eating when you’re not hungry is a great way to get and stay fat.
Doing things this way can be an adjustment at first, but once you embrace it, it’s pretty freeing!
