I endured chronic, grueling strep throat all through my teenage years.

We’re talking puss pockets and constant infections! It was terrible!

Finally, at age 17, my parents took me to the hospital to have my tonsils removed.

If you’ve ever been under anesthesia, you know that it can temporarily eliminate your inhibitions.

That means you may blurt out something to do with how you really feel or what you really think.

That’s what happened to me after my tonsils were removed.

While I was coming out of anesthesia, the nurse told me I said something right after I opened my eyes.

She told me what it was. I didn’t remember saying it, but I knew it was how I really felt.

What comes out when you’re under pressure, or when you lose your inhibitions? What do you turn to?

Watch my video below to hear what the nurse told me I said, plus learn why what you turn to in those moments matters with regard to Code Red and your health.
