This doesn’t work for weight loss

Recently a new Rebel posted in one of my Code Red Facebook groups that she didn’t understand why almonds are approved for weight loss mode, but almond flour isn’t.

She then indicated she was going to get some, or make her own, and asked for advice.

Successful veteran Code Red Rebels were quick catch it, and told her (politely) to knock off ignoring the rules if she wanted results.

Almonds are a great choice, but also very calorie-dense, meaning if you pig out on them, you can gain weight.

Because almond flour is ground up almonds, it’s even easier to overeat than whole almonds.

There’s a lot of debate out there about whether a calorie is a calorie, or whether calories matter.

After helping tens of thousands of people lose weight, I can tell you that yes, calories matter, both in terms of quantity AND quality.

And regarding people like this new Rebel wanting to manipulate the rules to suit their whims, here’s what I want to make clear.

The rules I’ve put in place with regard to what foods to eat and what foods to avoid, along with the simple rules for consistent weight loss, aren’t there just for the heck of it.

They came about after years of trial and error with several hundred personal clients, thousands of custom program clients, and from having almost 40,000 people come through my challenges.

Somebody who’s struggling to lose weight trying to argue with my simple rules is somebody who’s not ready to succeed.

I get that people want to understand, but if their way (or all those other ways they’ve tried) was working, they wouldn’t have a weight problem and need Code Red in the first place.

My most successful Rebels wanted to understand when they started, too. It’s human to be curious!

But they also knew what they were doing wasn’t working, and made a conscious decision to keep an open mind, surrender to the process, and follow it as instructed.

They realized, “I don’t have anything to lose by doing it Cristy’s way.”

And that mindset served them extremely well.

Meanwhile, the people who say, “Well, I want to do this part my way,” are still obese and struggling, because they mentally sabotage themselves in ways they don’t even see.

If you want results with Code Red, how you approach it is a very black and white decision.

A. Insist on manipulating the simple rules to suit your whims, and stay overweight.

B. Commit to doing it Cristy’s way, by staying open to the process and following the same instructions that have helped tens of thousands of people lose weight, and in so doing, get and keep your weight off.

It’s not rocket science.

It’s not magical rainbows, fairy dust, and unicorn farts.

It’s a simple commitment.

The great thing about it is, ANYONE can make and keep a simple commitment, including you.

That means you have what it takes to lose your weight and keep it off with the Code Red Lifestyle™.
