Almost every day, someone tells me that Code Red saved their life.
I’m always super thankful to hear that, but here’s the thing.
Code Red is only saving lives because of YOU.
I show up for you and provide the tools and support, sure.
But you show up, too.
You eat the food, drink your water, and get your sleep.
And what’s more, you let other people see you do it.
You tell other people about Code Red.
You reach people I wouldn’t reach all by myself.
Even if I did, some of them only move forward with Code Red because they saw YOU do it first.
Know what that tells me?
That YOU are amazing. YOU matter. And YOU have the power to inspire other people to TAKE THEIR LIVES BACK, too.
The reason I’m telling you this – besides to let you know how thankful I am for you – is because I wanna do everything I can to help you succeed.
Sometimes that means hosting events myself, offering training and coaching from me and my team, and creating tools you can use to find what works for you.
Other times, it means introducing you to people I trust to help you in ways that I’m not good at.
It’s a VERY short list, and one of the few people on it is Natasha Hazlett. I’ve told you about her before, but in case you missed it:
Natasha came to me in 2016. She was at rock bottom…miserable, hated herself, and ready to finally be the person she was meant to be.
Step one was losing the fat that, for her, had become a physical representation of her self-hatred. She couldn’t heal until she didn’t see that “evidence” in the mirror anymore.
So I helped her lose 55 pounds in 5 and a half months.
Then she turned around and helped me put Code Red on the map. (I’m not exaggerating when I say you probably wouldn’t know what Code Red is if I hadn’t met Natasha.)
Natasha helped me with my business, but she’s waaaaaaay more than a business coach. She helps people – including thousands of your fellow Code Red Rebels – with mindset, with ditching the “I can’t because” mentality holding them back, with feeling powerless in their own lives, and a LOT more…
Including, as she puts it, “shining their light” in the world.
See, that’s exactly what you’re doing when you do Code Red and other people see you, or when you share your story, or when you tell someone about Code Red.
You’re a source of hope and inspiration for other people that they can do this, too.
