Unless you’re brand new to the Code Red Lifestyle, you’ve heard me say that most of weight loss success is about mindset.

Just like if I were to buy the fanciest, most expensive, most perfect guitar in the world and hand it to the world’s best guitar player…if he or she refused to pick it up and play it, nothing happens.
Depression, stress, anxiety, shame, guilt and other things that affect our mind are all triggers for weight gain, because they inspire us to turn to food.
But something that’s not talked about enough in today’s world is that the weight itself is rarely THE problem.
What I mean is, it’s like the check engine light on your car – it’s a symptom of a deeper problem.
Yes, that deeper problem may be a health problem, but more often than not, it’s a symptom of emotional and mindset struggles.
Those struggles cause a lot of people to get in their own way.
I get it–it happens to me, too.
So what you should you do if you know, or even suspect, that your mindset is a problem standing between you and your success on the Code Red Lifestyle?
That’s exactly what I’m gonna talk about in my video below. Click the image to check it out and get some mindset tips!
