What causes stomach bloat after eating?

Stomach bloating after eating can feel pretty miserable, can’t it?

If you’re correctly following the Code Red Lifestyle™ (as in eating the foods and following the rules, drinking your water, and getting your sleep), your stomach bloating’s probably nothing like it used to be.

Most of that is because, if it takes a lab to make it, it takes a lab to digest it. That’s why it’s so important for your diet to consist of real food.

But there are still certain Code Red-approved foods that MAY cause bloating in some people, and if so, these foods could stall your weight loss.

To find out why, and which foods I’m talking about, watch my video below.
