Vitamins: Should you be taking them?

PLENTY of weight loss marketing gimmicks and fitness “experts” in the world go on and on trying to convince you that you need certain vitamins to lose weight and be healthy.

With all that “white noise,” it can be hard to figure out what’s actually necessary.

So whenever someone asks me, “Cristy, which multi-vitamin should I take,” the first thing I ask them is, “Why do you think you need a multi-vitamin?”

Did your primary care provider tell you you did? Is it because you saw a smooth-talking TV commercial? Do you have bloodwork that proves you’re deficient in a certain vitamin?

Randomly taking vitamins just because they’re available on store shelves is not something I’m a fan of.

Getting 7 to 8 hours of quality a sleep a night is gonna do more for you than a cheap, low-quality vitamin stuffed with fillers.

So will drinking your water, and eating Code Red-approved foods.

That being said, there are two vitamins I’m a fan of everyone taking.

One is because it’s one of the top five most abundant minerals in the body, and it helps with electrolytes (something Code Red Rebels need to be managing).

The other is because of a funny story that happened after my bloodwork results came back following a routine checkup a few years ago.

I’ll tell you the whole story, plus reveal these two supplements, in my video below. Click the image below to check it out.
