Rebel victories for the week of November 14, 2020

It was summer of 2019 when Heather gave up on ever getting her weight off.

Even faithfully exercising for two years, Heather couldn’t get her weight to change.

Blaming age and heredity for the lack of progress, Heather sold or donated all the clothes she’d been hoping to someday fit into again, and that was that…

At least, until a few months later, when Heather’s weight crept above 200 pounds for the first time ever at the same time a friend invited her to join a 10 Pound Takedown Challenge.

Heather was pretty skeptical about the challenge. She’d “given up,” after all.

But not wanting to tell her friend no, Heather signed up for the challenge. “I can do anything for 30 days,” she told herself.

Meanwhile, she stocked her freezer with “cheats” she planned to inhale on day 31.

But a lot can change in 30 days. It sure did for Heather.

Instead of inhaling those “cheats” on day 31, Heather got rid of them and continued following the Code Red Lifestyle™.

She’s down 65 pounds, 45.5 inches, and enjoying life in maintenance.

Like Heather, you may have given up.

And you may be skeptical that 30 days can transform your life.

But it can. I know because I’ve seen stories like Heather’s play out tens of thousands of times in the 10 Pound Takedown.

Join the 10 Pound Takedown and go all in for 30 days.

“But what if I fail, Cristy?”

Better question: What if it’s THE best decision you EVER make for yourself?
