I’m scared of gaining my weight back

The fear of gaining your weight back is something that plagues everyone who tries to lose weight multiple times, whether it’s trying Code Red for the first time, or going to other programs.

Sometimes the fear is so strong, people won’t even TRY Code Red. They’re that scared of getting their hopes up again.

When you’ve spent decades battling your weight, and you’ve always gained it back, it’s pretty normal to fear it’ll happen again.

After all, you have decades of “proof” that it always happens.

But when it comes to gaining your weight back with Code Red, I want to make something crystal clear.

Whether you keep off the weight you lose on Code Red is 100% a CHOICE.

Losing your weight and keeping it off with Code Red both involve eating real food, drinking water, and sleeping.

I offer you multiple ways to get the weight off – challenges, my book, a custom program with a Certified Coach.

I also offer weight maintenance training once you’re at goal weight, to teach you how to reintroduce foods, start exercising (NOT a part of weight loss, but great for your health in maintenance), and develop your maintenance mindset.

How many programs have you found that say a word about keeping your weight off?

Probably almost none, right?

It’s because most of them don’t want you to keep the weight off.

They want you to keep yo-yoing, so they can keep selling you the same crap over and over, keep you taking medications, and keep you buying fitness programs that do NOTHING to address the root cause of your weight problem (like sugar addiction, or emotional eating, or self-hatred).

I do not want you gaining your weight back. I want you to lose it, keep it off, and live a full, healthy life.

If I didn’t, I’d do what everyone else does, and conveniently omit any mention of HOW to keep your weight off.

I’ve kept my weight for over a decade. My sister, Cari, lost over 100 pounds with Code Red and has kept it off for over 8 years (at the time of this post).

And now that Code Red’s online and getting in front of more and more people since 2016, I’ve got Rebels maintaining for over 3 years (again, at the time of this post. The longer Code Red’s around, the longer I’ll have Rebels maintaining, and the more there will be).

Some people choose to stop doing Code Red, or not to tackle the issues sabotaging them, and in so doing, choose to gain their weight back.

But plenty of people choose to stick with Code Red and learn to overcome their past weight loss gremlins, and in so doing, choose to maintain.

You can get and keep your weight off with Code Red, too. If you don’t believe in yourself yet, believe in the people who’ve come before.

They’re proof that when you follow the program and stay connected, you absolutely can get and keep your weight off on the Code Red Lifestyle™.
