How food impacts mental health

Talking about mental illness isn’t taboo like it used to be, and that is a VERY good thing.

If you’re battling mental illness, then depending on what you’ve got going on, you may struggle just to get out of bed. Your brain may be foggy.

You may feel unmotivated. You may second guess yourself. Maybe your confidence is shot.

Even if you don’t have a diagnosed mental illness, make no mistake – your mental and emotional wellbeing ABSOLUTELY have an unavoidable impact on your weight loss and eating habits.

By now, you know food has a powerful effect on your physical wellbeing.

What you may not yet realize is that simply eating the right foods, and eliminating the “wrong” ones, can transform your mental and emotional wellbeing.

I’ve seen confidence skyrocket.

That’s why soothing your emotions with junk food is so destructive. It may bring you a few minutes of relief, but you’re still literally FEEDING the difficult emotions you wanna escape from.
