When people new to the Code Red Lifestyle see the one-page foods to eat/foods to avoid list, I usually get one of two reactions:
1) They’re relieved and excited, because they’re ready for healthy eating to be simple, or;
2) They panic, because it looks so limiting; or everything they’re used to eating is on the “foods to avoid” side.
I get it. Most “diets” either include packaged food, let you eat anything you want, or come with a zillion complicated recipes.
So the idea you can make fast, delicious meals using just the foods on a one-page foods list may take a hot minute to wrap your mind around.
