Need meal ideas? Here are my 5 Go-Tos

If you WANT to struggle with your weight loss, “winging it” is a sure way to make that happen, especially when you’re just starting out. Why?

Because resisting the temptation and peer pressure to abandon your weight loss and pig out (or even have “just one bite”) requires willpower.

I think you have plenty of willpower, and I have zero doubt that once you make your mind up that falling off the wagon isn’t an option, you’ll stay on track every time.

But I also don’t believe in relying on willpower alone, which is why having a plan is SO important.

When you have a plan, you follow it. You know exactly what you need to do. You don’t have to try and figure out how to handle the situation, or what to do next.

I’m talking plans for social occasions where there will be tempting food around, a plan for eating out, a plan for vacations, and especially, planning your meals.

Something I suggest ALL my Rebels do is choose a week’s worth of simple, easy, go-to meals they can turn to when they’re short on time, or stressed and don’t have the bandwidth to figure out what to fix.

I have my go-to meals for sure. I enjoy them all–meaning I didn’t choose stuff I have to “gag down”–and they require only a minimal amount of prep time.

Fast, simple, easy, delicious. That’s the key for go-to meals.

In my video below, I’m sharing my five favorite simple, easy, go-to meals.

I’ll also talk to you about meal timing, which is the missing link for a lot of people when it comes to dropping their weight.
