They Are All Fat. Don’t Tell Me About Genetics.

There’s a lot of weight loss lies out there, and one of the most pervasive ones is that you’re destined to be fat because “it runs in the family.”

Look, I have obese family members on both sides of my family.

But I’m not obese, and it has nothing to do with “luck” or the obesity “skipping a generation.”

My mom, dad, and sister, Cari, were all overweight, but they lost their weight the same way I did: With the Code Red Lifestyle™.

Mom and Dad lost 40 pounds each, and Cari lost over 100.

And they’re all maintaining that loss.

My relatives on both sides of my family who are still obese are that way because they’re choosing to be.

They know what I do, they know it works, but they don’t want to even try. It has nothing to do with their genetics.

Tons of my Rebels were in the same boat as me before they found Code Red–being big runs in their family, so they believed they were doomed to obesity, sickness, and misery.

But they weren’t. And neither are you.

Genetics have a role, but it’s probably not what you think…and society blows it WAY out of proportion.

So click the image below to watch my new video about how much influence genetics actually have on your size.

If you believe there’s nothing you can do about your weight because of your genetics, you’ll want to hear what I have to say!
