Down 60 pounds and metabolically healthy!

Sue’s December 2020 doctor visit included news she wasn’t prepared to hear.
According to her doctor, Sue was metabolically unhealthy, obese, and pre-diabetic.
As she delivered the bad news, Sue’s doctor slipped a piece of paper toward her, and written on it were two words:

That was it. No explanation or instructions, except to take the piece of paper and “look it up.”
So, Sue followed her doctor’s advice, looked up the program, and joined in January 2021.
