Do you have hope about EVER getting your weight off? Before you answer, look at this

I don’t call “hoping and wishing” a success strategy, especially after I looked up the definition of the word HOPE.
 
Hope is a great thing to have, yes. Sometimes it’s all that gets you out of bed in the morning, or that gets you onto the scale, or that gets you past the bowl of candy on your co-worker’s desk.
 
Hope by itself is not a plan…but it can make a ton of difference in you going all the way.
