No one wants to talk about it. But it happens. So lets get this out in the open: CONSTIPATION. YOU CAN'T POOP! Ok, there I said it.
Its very common to become constipated when you change your diet. When you reduce your volume of intake and/or cut out carbs, you'll notice a temporary constipation. This is normal but it doesn't mean you need to be miserable. I tell my clients to not go longer than 2 days without pooping.
So what do you do when that happens?
Drink this TEA. Yep. Its made to stimulate peristalsis. You'll want to drink it at night and then be near a bathroom when you wake up in the morning. I wouldn't say it works “gently” but I will say that it's effective. Only use it if you need it. Give it a shot!
