Look, cravings hit all of us (even me). 

Sometimes they’re triggered just because the food’s in the room with us – or even by exposure to food commercials on TV! 

Other things that cause cravings include lack of sleep, not getting enough healthy fats with your meals, hormone shifts, and even your emotional eating triggers.
