“Cristy, I can’t be hungry!”

Look, I get it. Next to making love, eating is the most intimate thing we do with our bodies.

But that doesn’t mean it’s good for you to have every second of every day revolve around making sure you never feel hungry.

Hunger is a NORMAL sensation.

To be clear, I’m not talking about hangry, where you’re shaking and there’s sweat on your upper lip.

I’m also not suggesting you should feel ravenous 24/7. That’s not normal either; and in fact, could mean you aren’t getting enough sleep, or that the food you’re eating isn’t nourishing your body.
