Does menopause mean you can’t lose weight?

I don’t care whether you’re 23 years old, post-menopausal, or currently in menopause – if you’re a woman, you’ll face menopause one day, and that means you need to hear what I’m about to say.

Ladies, the truth is that, after menopause, we’re at a higher risk for a number of health conditions, including heart disease…health conditions that are exacerbated (and often caused by) eating sugar and a high amount of carbohydrates.

Yet the biggest mistake I see women make after going through menopause is believing they can continue to eat junk food and sugar.

That’s actually one of the worst things you can do for your health, because all that bull crap food is going to further increase your risk for certain health problems.

Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean there’s no hope, or that you’re “guaranteed” to end up with a new health problem just because your risk for it goes up.

What it does mean is that, instead of going off the deep end with wine, desserts, and junk food, you need to clean up your diet.

And that’s exactly what I’m gonna talk about in my video below. It’s called Weight Loss Post Menopause.

Weight loss and health are absolutely possible post-menopause. Society leads us to believe they’re not, but I’ve got thousands of successful post-menopausal clients who prove otherwise.

If you’re still a ways off from menopause, my question to you is, why wait until menopause to take better care of yourself? The sooner you start, the better you’ll look and feel when you do hit menopause.
