Code Red breakfast tips for weight loss

I bet you’ve been hearing for decades that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”

But there’s a huge problem with that statement, and in my video below, I’m gonna tell you what it is.

You’re right, that’s a big part of it, because eating when you’re not hungry, as we both know, is a great way to get fat.
