Chris was always “the tiny girl.” And like most people who are “tiny,” Chris thought she was healthy…even though her diet was total crap.

Because of that, Chris was sure she’d never have a weight problem. She’d just “exercise it off,” right?

But when Chris hit 40, the weight started piling on, and it didn’t matter how much she exercised – her weight wasn’t budging.
