Can you REALLY lose weight without exercise?

I know you’ve had it drilled into your head that you HAVE to exercise to lose weight. But guess what? You don’t!

Am I saying you SHOULDN’T exercise?

Nope. I’m saying that you don’t HAVE to in order to lose weight.

There are two main problems with insisting that everyone who wants to lose weight has to exercise.

Problem #1:

If you’re too sick or in pain to exercise, or you’re confined to a wheelchair and cannot exercise at the intensity most fitness pros say is required to influence fat loss, you think you’re screwed.

But, you’re not.

On the Code Red Lifestyle™, we’ve helped women with crippling psoriatic arthritis pain, multiple women in wheelchairs, and women with brutal fibromyalgia pain lose an astonishing amount of weight – as much as 135 pounds!

And they all did it without ANY exercise, because they were too sick and/or in pain to exercise.

One mother of four had to literally roll out of bed, army crawl across the floor into her bathroom, and lie under the hot water in the shower until it ran out before her pain was bearable enough for her to get up and take care of her kids.

Somebody in that much pain isn’t gonna be able to hit the gym for hip thrusts, deadlifts, and barbell back squats.

Weight loss is 100% nutrition. Get your food quality, food type, and food volume where it needs to be to lose weight, and you will (especially when combined with sleep and water).

Problem #2:

When people believe they HAVE to exercise, most also believe they can eat whatever they feel like and still lose weight.

When that doesn’t happen, they start leaping to conclusions like “I’m destined to be fat” or “it’s my hormones” or “it’s my genetics”…

When the reality is, they’re eating too much of the wrong foods because they think exercise buys them extra calories.

When I trained for my bodybuilding comeback, I HAD to get and keep my diet on point to get in the shape I did.

Back when I hiked Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon, which was a 24-mile hike, I burned 3,500 calories (I know because I tracked it).

That’s the number of calories in just ONE pound of fat.

Do you really think you can burn 112 calories on the treadmill, go eat a 2,220 calorie Dominos pizza, and still lose weight through exercise if I only burned one pound of fat on a 24-mile hike?

When it comes to exercise and weight loss, the math is completely faulty.

You cannot out-train a bad diet.

What you CAN do is adjust your food intake to something that burns fat, and even improves your physical wellness (which is what we do on the Code Red Lifestyle™).

Bottom line: YES, you really can lose weight without exercise.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t exercise.

What I’m saying is, you don’t NEED to in order to drop body fat.
