Can mental health affect weight loss?

Talking about mental health isn’t taboo like it used to be, and that is a VERY good thing.

If you’re battling mental illness, then depending on what you’ve got going on, you may struggle just to get out of bed. Your brain may be foggy.

You may feel unmotivated. You may second guess yourself. Maybe yoru confidence is shot.

Even if you don’t have a diagnosed mental illness, make no mistake – your mental and emotional wellbeing ABSOLUTELY have an unavoidable impact on your weight loss and eating habits.

You’re probably already aware that food has a powerful effect on your physical wellbeing.

What you may not yet realize is that simply eating the right foods, and eliminating the “wrong” ones, can also transform your mental and emotional wellbeing.

I’ve seen it. Not once, not a couple times, but over and over and over again in my Rebels.

I’ve seen people recover from depression.

I’ve seen confidence skyrocket.

I’ve seen people experience drastic reductions in stress and anxiety levels.

That’s why soothing your emotions with junk food is so destructive. It may bring you a few minutes of relief, but you’re still literally FEEDING the difficult emotions you wanna escape from.

Also, if you happen to be at or near your goal weight, I’ve got a SUPER powerful tip to share in this video…one that can help you avoid a maintenance pitfall I guarantee you’re not aware of.
