A Rebel named Jessi told me she cried after getting back photos of her baptism.

I didn’t ask her this, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Jessi lost and regained weight before.
Most people with extra weight probably have.
And many of them falsely believed they’re “doomed” to be obese.
I get why, but here’s the deal.
The belief you’re “doomed” is not a fact. It may feel like one, but it’s not factually true.
It’s a story you’re telling yourself.
It’s a story other people may have told you.
We all tell ourselves stories about why we “can’t” do something.
Most of the time, it’s a mix of protection and a victim mindset.
Just because you’ve been stuck or stalled doesn’t mean you have to KEEP being stuck or stalled.
You CAN turn it around, just like I did after my weight regain battle last year.
