Boy do most people hate feeling “wrong.”
Whether it’s in an argument with a spouse, your kids, a friend, a co-worker, or being held accountable in a Code Red coaching group for going off the rails – if you feel “wrong,” it’s uncomfortable.
You can also feel wrong within yourself, such as at the mere thought of failing at weight loss again.
If that’s how you’re feeling, you’re certainly not alone.
And no, I’m not gonna reinforce your belief that you’re “wrong.”
What I am gonna do is point out that you’ll never find out if you’re right if you’re too afraid of being wrong.
