You have to love yourself first

“I hate myself.” 

That’s the thought that popped into Natasha’s mind when a speaker at a conference she was attending asked the audience, “What’s one thing you’ve never told anyone, and how is it affecting your business?” 

Natasha was my first business coach, and the moment she realized she hated herself was the moment she realized she needed the Code Red Lifestyle™.  Why?

Natasha was 55 pounds overweight…but the reason she was is because she was using food to punish herself. 

You see, Natasha had always wanted to be a mom…but very early in her marriage she learned she would never be able to conceive naturally. 

And two IVF attempts failed SO miserably, they put her in the ICU. 

So Natasha punished herself…for being a “failure” as a wife and as a woman…and she did that by fattening herself up with bull crap food. 

But after realizing how much she hated herself, Natasha decided she didn’t want to live like that for one more second.

She wanted to be the woman she was always meant to be. 

And to become that woman, the first thing she needed to do was be free of that 55 pounds of self-hatred. 

So she came to see me. We worked together for five and a half months, and she lost all that weight. 

Not only that, she was able to successfully become pregnant via IVF…with twin boys!!

And her pregnancy was perfect. 

The fat on Natasha’s body wasn’t just “fat,” and it’s the same with you.

Your body fat is a physical manifestation of something that’s crushing your soul.

It might be failure, it might be self-hatred, it might be shame, it might be a “shield” from abuse you’ve suffered. 

Healing begins when you free yourself from that fat, because you’re also freeing yourself from the darkness it represents.
